HCFA files need to be installed in the NDCMedisoft version 9 BIN folder.  If you have an NDCMedisoft folder, 
then the BIN folder is likely in it.  If you do not have an NDCMedisoft folder, then the BIN folder will be 
in the Medisoft folder.
